Terms of Service
Last updated August 20, 2026
These terms govern the services provided by AccelienTech (SMC Private Limited), a company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), to home service clients in the United States. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of services
AccelienTech provides a managed customer-communication system for home service businesses, consisting of: automated text replies to unanswered inbound calls, automated replies to web form submissions, automated responses to simple factual questions about the client's services and service area, automated review requests following completed jobs, an optional win-back campaign to the client's past customers, a consolidated feed of inbound leads, and ongoing monitoring and monthly tuning of the above.
Automated responses are limited to factual information the client has approved in advance. The system does not quote prices, provide estimates, confirm availability, or schedule work; those interactions are routed to the client. AccelienTech does not act as the client's agent in forming any contract with the client's customers, and no message sent by the system constitutes an offer, quotation, or booking confirmation on the client's behalf.
Services are limited to what is described above and on our Pricing and How It Works pages. AccelienTech configures and operates the system on the client's behalf; the client is not licensed any underlying software and is not required to operate any software directly. Work outside this scope is not included and would be quoted separately.
2. Payment terms
The one-time setup fee is $1,500 USD, due at kickoff, before build work begins. The recurring management fee is $500 USD per month, billed monthly beginning on the date the system goes live.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. AccelienTech does not store full payment card details.
3. The Extra-Month Guarantee
For the purposes of this guarantee, a "recovered lead" means a previously-lost contact brought back into a live conversation: a person whose inbound call to the client went unanswered, or who submitted a web form to the client, and who then responded to a message sent by the delivered system. A reply is sufficient; a booked job is not required.
(a) AccelienTech will log missed calls, messages sent, and replies received, beginning on the date the system goes live, and will make that record available to the client.
(b) If no recovered lead has been produced within thirty (30) days of go-live, the client's next monthly management fee is waived in full and the system continues to operate at no additional charge during that month.
(c) If no recovered lead has been produced within sixty (60) days of go-live, AccelienTech will refund the full $1,500 USD setup fee on request, without requiring the client to give a reason. Any monthly fee already waived under (b) is not recovered by AccelienTech.
(d) The guarantee is conditioned on the client's reasonable cooperation, including timely approval of message wording, accurate business information, keeping the agreed call and form routing in place, and not disabling, diverting, or suspending the system during the guarantee period.
4. Messaging, consent, and compliance
Messages sent by the system identify the client's business and are sent from numbers registered to the client's business. As between the parties, the client is the sender of record for purposes of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state messaging laws.
AccelienTech will: complete A2P 10DLC registration with US carriers as required; configure the missed-call and web-form sequences so that they reply only to people who contacted the client first; and configure opt-out handling, including automatic honoring of STOP requests, on the sequences that require it.
The client will: provide accurate business information for carrier registration; approve message wording before it is sent; not direct AccelienTech to message individuals who have not contacted the business or who have opted out; and be responsible for the lawfulness of any customer list the client supplies for the optional win-back campaign, including any consent records applicable to it.
5. Third-party services and message delivery
The system depends on mobile carriers and third-party messaging and telephony providers. Carriers may filter, delay, or block messages for reasons outside AccelienTech's control. AccelienTech does not warrant the delivery of any individual message, and no statement on this website should be read as a guarantee of a specific number of recovered leads, bookings, or revenue.
Figures used on this website to illustrate potential losses from missed calls are clearly-labelled models based on stated assumptions. They are illustrations, not projections of any particular client's results.
6. Cancellation
The monthly management plan may be cancelled at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice to hello@accelientech.com. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun, except as provided under the Extra-Month Guarantee above. Cancellation does not waive amounts already due at the time notice is given. On cancellation, AccelienTech will stop sending messages on the client's behalf and will cooperate reasonably in releasing or retiring the messaging numbers used.
7. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, service area, hours, and job details in a timely manner, for responding to leads the system surfaces, and for maintaining their own third-party accounts used in connection with the delivered system.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccelienTech's total liability arising from or related to these terms or the services provided will not exceed the total fees paid by the client to AccelienTech in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. AccelienTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of the delivered system.
9. Cross-border service disclosure
AccelienTech (SMC Private Limited) is based in and operates from Pakistan, and is registered with SECP and PSEB. Clients engaging our services are based in the United States. Services are delivered remotely. By engaging AccelienTech, the client acknowledges this cross-border arrangement, including that data described in our Privacy Policy is processed outside the United States, and agrees that these terms are governed accordingly, with any dispute resolution process to be specified in the client's signed service agreement.
