We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Contact information submitted through our contact form or email, such as your name, restaurant name, email address, and phone number.

Restaurant business details provided during onboarding, such as menu content, pricing, business hours, and location.

Photos and other media assets you provide for use on your ordering website.

Payment processing for both AccelienTech's own fees and for orders placed through the ordering systems we build is handled by third-party payment processors, including Stripe and, where applicable, Payoneer. AccelienTech does not directly collect or store full card numbers, bank account credentials, or other sensitive payment details. Those are held by the payment processor under its own privacy and security practices.

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, deliver and support the ordering systems we build, communicate about your account and the care plan, and improve our services.

This website does not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If an analytics tool is added in the future to measure site performance, this section will be updated to name the tool and describe what it collects.

We do not sell client or visitor information. We share information only with service providers necessary to deliver our services (such as hosting and payment processing providers), or where required by law.

We retain client business information for as long as the service relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your information by emailing hello@accelientech.com.

Because AccelienTech is based in Pakistan and our clients are based in the United States, information you provide is transferred to and processed in Pakistan and in the jurisdictions of our third-party service providers.
